Školska knjiga d.d. undertakes to protect the personal data of its users and partners by collecting only the essential and basic information necessary to fulfill our obligations. Školska knjiga will inform users about how the collected data is used through the Dictionaries system, regularly providing users with the option to decide on the use of their data, including whether they wish their name to be removed from lists used for possible marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and available only to employees who require it to perform their work. All employees of Školska knjiga and business partners are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles. Školska knjiga does not process more personal data than is genuinely necessary to achieve the purpose or use the activities available in the Dictionaries application. Unfortunately, without the use of your personal data it is not possible to access or use the Dictionaries application, which may result in the suspension of access if appropriate personal data is not provided.

Collected personal data is stored in electronic form, and only exceptionally in physical form. For protection, we apply appropriate technical, organizational, and personnel measures, as well as procedures, to prevent unauthorized access to personal data unavailable to other system users and to ensure that data is used in accordance with its intended purpose.
